It seems that the IRC channel mentioned in the Github README does not seem to exist…

Hello,

In the README on Github it says: "If discord is not for you, visit our IRC channel on freenode at #Cytopia".
Well, Discord is absolutely not for me but I'd still like to stay in touch with the project.

Looking at both /list and Netsplit tells me that this channel does not exist.
Since there was a big migration away from freenode more or less recently, I also checked libera.chat but had no luck there either.

So, what's the plan regarding the IRC channel?
Will it be created again or is there already one I did not find?
